Privacy Policy

Oasis Studios by BuildOS (“the platform”) is the internal operations platform of the Oasis Studios family of home-improvement businesses. It is used by our own team members and invited collaborators. This policy describes what the platform collects and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google or with an email sign-in link, and the roles assigned to your account by an administrator.
- Usage records. Actions you take on the platform (such as signing in, viewing work queues, and team administration) are recorded in an audit log so the business can operate safely.
- Business records. Job, appointment, and customer records that the business already maintains are displayed to team members according to their roles.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the platform: authenticating you, showing you the work relevant to your role, sending you sign-in and invitation emails, and keeping an accurate record of account activity. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that host and deliver the platform (cloud hosting, authentication, and email delivery), each acting on our instructions.
Sign-in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This is used solely to create and identify your account. The platform does not request access to any other Google data.
Retention and your choices
Account and audit records are retained while the platform operates, as business records. To correct or remove your account information, contact the administrator who invited you or email notifications@mail.buildos.studio.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the current version will always be available at this address.
