You need an invitation from your BuildOS administrator. Email links usually arrive within a minute and are single-use; if one is delayed, check spam and request a fresh link rather than reusing an old one.
The link and six-digit code are the same sign-in. Opening the link on another device consumes that code there. If neither email nor Google works, contact your team administrator or support@buildos.studio.
